Fulfillment Policy

    • All exercise and nutrition plans are delivered digitally through our app.

    • Clients will typically receive their plans within 1-2 weeks, depending on the selected program start date.

    • Clients are required to pay upfront for the entire program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

    • Clients can contact us directly through the app for any questions or concerns.

    • We respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and within 48 hours for messages received on weekends

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Clients may cancel their program within 24 hours after payment is received.

    • There are no fees missed check-ins

    • Clients can pause their program at any time, but no refund will be provided. They can resume the remaining portion of the program at a later date.

    • Refunds are allowed if requested within 24 hours of payment.

    • All fees are non-refundable. Once the program begins, no refunds will be issued.

    • Clients are allowed unlimited adjustments to their program as goals and progress change. There are no additional fees for these modifications.
